How do I find the right part for my appliance?

We strongly recommend purchasing the part number or replacement part number that corresponds to your appliance model number. Occasionally, parts will look similar but may not be compatible with your specific appliance.

Can I order online for in-store pick-up?

We do not have this option at this time. Customers are welcome to visit our store front location to make a purchase, however internet prices are not always guaranteed at the storefront.

What is the best way to contact you for customer service?

Received defective or broken item?
If so, contact us and we will process a warranty claim and exchange defective or damaged item. Some fees may apply. Please contact us for details.
Items returned without original materials:?If a part is returned missing parts or materials that were sent with the order, a refund will not be authorized.

Received item different from what ordered??

Please contact us first and give us a chance to fix this issue. If it is our error, we will cover all charges associated with correcting the order.

Received the correct part type, but a different part number??

The part and the manufacturer part number may have been updated by the manufacturer. If you have any questions please contact us.

Received a part without packaging?

Some item(s) are sold without packaging, or are simply bubble-wrapped. Various Samsung, LG, Supco and other brand parts are shipped to us without packaging from the manufacturer.
