Return Policy


You may return any part or product within 60 days of placing your order. All returns are subject to evaluation and restocking fee. Warranty claims, exchanges, and/or refunds cannot be processed without all original materials being returned including factory package. Any items damaged because of incorrect installation will not be refunded. All returns must include a copy of your packing slip, order or RMA number. Please pack your return securely in the original box or package.  Please do not write anything on the factory package.

Standard Refund timeframe:?
Standard refunds will be credited within 7 to 14 business days of receiving the return. When we've received and processed the return, we will refund the order amount minus Restocking fees.

Standard Restocking Fee:
?All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee or minimum $2.50. Item considered on the item being returned in the same condition, but can reach up to 50% depending on the condition of returned item. For example, if you return an item, you will be charged the Standard 20% Restocking Fee, but not less than $2.50. If 20% of the item cost is below $2.50, we will deduct the minimum $2.50 Fee and refund the difference. If 20% of the item cost is above $20, we will deduct the maximum $20 Fee and refund the difference.

Electrical Parts Return Policy:

Electronic control boards removed from the factory package considered to be installed. Installed electrical parts cannot be returned. Any part that hooks up to some form of electricity is considered an electrical part. Any electrical item(s) received back with scratched electrical spades will be considered installed.

Item(s) SOLD without manufacturer packaging:
?Some item(s) are sold without packaging, or are simply bubble-wrapped. Some Samsung, LG, Supco and other parts are shipped to us without packaging from the manufacturer. If the item(s) are sold without packaging, the package condition will apply to your order, contingent upon being returned in original condition. The Standard Restocking Fee will still apply.

Abuse of Return Policy:?
Partsawaysupply reserves the right to refuse to sell to any person for any reason not prohibited by law, including, but not limited to, abuse of its return policy.

Part Number Disclaimer:?
Manufacturers often update parts and parts numbers without any notice. Partsawaysupply will ship the most up-to-date part number per the manufacturer. If the customer receives a different part number than what was ordered, the customer can safely assume they are receiving an updated part number due to the previous part number being discontinued. If there is an issue, please contact us for assistance.
